There are some days where seeing others work permit to acknowledge how different things subsist. Each person has a duty, sometimes is misunderstood, sometimes it has no sense to anybody. However, there is something that is done, and that part is what matters. A team trying to put a balloon on the air, could have no sense, but from the person putting the fabric perfectly straight, through the person with the fan, and then the one with the fire, each of them has a duty. Make the work makes things happen. Some people's work is just to bluff, I hate it, but that work in some cases is also important.
