To accept ourselves is a basic need to be happy. There is no spiritual stage that does not concern the acceptance of the way we are. Even a killer to be happy has to know what he is. Each person before this stage lives a hell. Probably, all the others do not understand why we do what we do. It does not matter if we feel that this is the right thing, the one that makes us happy.
